Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Dubai & Sharjah: 2–5 business days
- Other Emirates: 3–7 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the order date. Please note these are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays).
